The Harris County Engineering Department requires the Harris County Fire Code Review Sheet to be submitted along with the required drawings if your project is over 5,000 sq. ft. in size, or if it is not one of the following occupancy types:  

Mercantile (Retail)
Business (Office)
S-2 (Low Hazard/Non-Combustible Storage)

Only a State of Texas licensed architect or engineer is allowed to fill out and stamp this form.
